Join us for an evening of community joy and connection through movement! We have an exciting lineup of instructors who will guide you through 60 minutes of Zumba Master Class, 30 minutes of sound healing, and 30 minutes of networking and eating. The event will take place at 460 West St, Amherst, on Sunday, 07/16/2023, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. This is an opportunity for us to come together, dance, heal, and enjoy delicious food. Our talented instructors for the evening include: 1) Hind Lahlou Kitane: Zumba Instructor 2) Aimee Salmon: Group Exercise Instructor 3) Maria del Carmen: Sound Healer Practitioner 4) Emily Potter Ndiaye: New Dance Blast Teacher 5) SuSu Min Aung: New Zumba Instructor The Zumba Master Class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to fitness fanatics. Whether you're new to Zumba or have been dancing for years, we welcome you to join us and experience the joy of movement. Don't forget to bring your beautiful smile! For Positively Africana members, the community master class is free of charge. Non-members can join us for a drop-in fee of $15. Additionally, we are accepting donations to support Positively Africana's multiple projects. Your contribution will positively impact the projects we are working on. As part of our community gathering, we encourage you to bring food to share. Let's come together, enjoy delicious snacks, and connect with one another.
